What is your return & exchange policy?
Busy Mommi wants you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase.
Please note the following about our return policy...
1. Credit card purchases returned within 30 days will be credited back to your card minus our original shipping charges. If your item is returned after 30 days, your refund will be sent back to you in the form of a check.
2. Some products need to be returned directly to the manufacturer rather than to Busy Mommi. Kindly contact Busy Mommi for us to direct you properly.
3. Some products cannot be returned, such as nursing pads, panties, feme pads, Lanolin ointment and breast soothers.
Our Return Process
Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer service department by calling 1-888-542-7004 or by email at info@busymommi.com to authorize your reason for the exchange and to obtain a return authorization number. Our staff is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Eastern Standard Time).
2.Ship the package back to:
