How to place an order?
You may place orders using our secure online system, also by calling 1-888-542-7004 or by sending a fax to 732-741-0833. Please include your credit card information, name, phone number and shipping and billing address.

International Orders
Busy Mommi will ship anywhere in the world.
Items will be shipped via USPS. Shipping times may vary and can take up to 14 business days. Simply select your country from the drop down list and your region, either Canada or International for all other countries. Please email info@busymommi.com if you have any further questions or requests.
Please note that the shipping rate calculated at checkout might not acurately reflect the true shipping rate for international orders. If an adjustment needs to be made, you will emailed the correct amount prior to the order shipping.

Sales Tax
A 7% sales tax will be added for orders placed by New Jersey residents and orders shipped to New Jersey.

What is your return & exchange policy?
Busy Mommi wants you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase.
Please note the following about our return policy...
1. Credit card purchases returned within 30 days will be credited back to your card minus our original shipping charges. If your item is returned after 30 days, your refund will be sent back to you in the form of a check. 2. Some products need to be returned directly to the manufacturer rather than to Busy Mommi. Kindly contact Busy Mommi for us to direct you properly.
3. Some products cannot be returned, such as nursing pads, panties, feme pads, Lanolin ointment and breast soothers.

Just repack the item in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our customer service department by calling 1-888-542-7004 or by email at info@busymommi.com to authorize your reason for the exchange and to obtain a return authorization number. Our staff is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (Eastern Standard Time).
